of our items may be ordered through the on-line shopping cart. If desired, the
order form may be downloaded and printed and mailed or faxed to us for processing.
Payment can be made through the secured on-line credit card charge system. You
may also pay by check or credit card by mailing or faxing the information to
us.
Once your order
has been received, we will notify you that it has been received and confirm
your order so that you can confirm its accuracy. Should you find an error, please
let us know right away.

Taxes
There
is a Hawaii General Excise Tax that is applicable for products sold in Hawaii.
This tax, computed at the rate of .0416, will be added only to those items shipped
to Hawaii addresses. It does not apply to items shipped to foreign destinations
or to U.S. locations outside of Hawaii.

of our products are guaranteed to be as promised and free of defects or we will
replace them at no charge to you, just like the Hawaiian Shops of yesterday.
Should you discover a defect or problem, please contact us immediately so that
we make arrangements for replacement.

Shipping
information
Most products are shipped within the first week of ordering. Leis are shipped
based upon the desired delivery date. Personalized jewelry requires 2-4 weeks
for delivery. We will
contact you and let you know when your order has been shipped.
Most of our products are shipped via USPS. If there is a requirement for Express delivery, we may use USPS, Federal Express or DHL.
There are no
additional charges for regular shipping to U.S. destinations. There are additional
charges for express shipping and shipping to foreign destinations and for express
delivery. These can be arranged by contacting us.

Please do not return a product until you first contact us. Depending upon the
situation and the product, there are different return shipping procedures. So
it is best not to return the product until we understand the situation and can
